With rising demand and limited brewery space, Ioannis Fix, decides to move home and  premises to  Syngrou Avenue,  which was considered a country lane at that time. His customers follow him on the strength of his growing reputation for producing consistently excellent beer.  His eldest son, Karolos, starts to play an active part in the enterprise, which is growing daily and soon develops into a steam powered factory equipped with state-of-the-art brewing apparatus.
